Experience the spectacular Lakeview trail at Diamond Valley Lake from the comfort of an electric assist bike. The 22-mile trail can be a challenge on a traditional bicycle, but with a lightweight e-bike providing the extra power, the trip around the lake takes on a much less strenuous and more relaxing feel.
E-bike rentals are available to all riders 18 years and up with photo ID (ages 16-17 allowed with parent or guardian) and bikes feature a small bike-mounted packable cooler for drinks, snacks, or lunch. Photo opportunities abound on the Lakeview Trail with waterfowl, hawks, eagles, ospreys, bobcats, and deer commonly seen around the lake.
The trail follows the shoreline of the lake and is primarily a gravel road with some rocky sections and paved path over the east, west, and saddle dams. The trail is not paved all the way around the lake. Check out the “e-bike tips and hacks” video below for more information about navigating those rocky and bumpy sections. All rentals include a bicycle helmet and a fully charged, top-quality Trek e-bike in small, medium, and large frame sizes. Step thru frame e-bikes available to accommodate all ages.

Rates
E-bike rentals:
$35 for one hour
$50 for two hours
$99 for four hours
E-bike rentals require a $50 deposit per bike.
Parking:
$11 per vehicle
$5 per vehicle for 62 years+
$5 per vehicle for military/veteran
All E-bike rentals include Lakeview Trail pass.
Hours
Current operating hours are 6:30am-5:30pm (no entrance after 4:30pm).
